I don't know WHAT is going on with me lately....but none of the recipes I usually cook sound appetizing anymore! I feel that I make the same things over and over!
I want new recipes, but all the ones I find online are rather "involved"... I need things that are rather quick and simple.
Am I being unrealistic? Are there dishes out there that are quick and simple that I have not been doing over and over?
Oh well....off to search for more recipes....

I don't think its unrealistic at all. Its just hard to find good recipes that are different that are easy too LOL.
I get into the recipe slump pretty often too..its no fun at all.
