Well, I have another day off this week. Only worked on Tuesday. Snow days can be fun and very productive.
I have almost all my own school work done for the week. I plan to put some beans out to soak so that I can get them canned tomorrow.
Tonight is chicken and dumplings and tomorrow will be ??? I will wing it. LOL
Hopefully we will have some school next week. :-)
